We pack all Products, and orders with additional care to ensure you receive the delivery in perfect condition.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we’ll cancel it straight away. However, once its dispatched, then it cannot be accepted for cancellation.
Refunds Policy
Orders cancelled after dispatch will get a full refund after deduction of 2.5% processing fee.
If products receive in damaged condition, writetous@karom.in within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge! Please note that if the products pics did not share in case of damage, we cannot guarantee that your replacement request will be approved.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. All refunds will only be for the product charges.
Returns Policy
